1. Affiliate Fulfillment Notice
lipomax.com is a marketing affiliate only. All orders are billed, packed, and shipped by the independent merchant shown on your checkout page (the “Seller of Record”). Any references to “we,” “our,” or “us” in this policy describe the Seller’s standard fulfillment practices that apply to orders placed through links on lipomax.com.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are transmitted to the Seller’s warehouse immediately after successful payment.
- Processing takes up to two (2) business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).
- A confirmation email containing your tracking ID + live‑tracking link is sent within 60 hours of payment.

* Estimates Only. Carrier service levels, weather events, customs inspections, and other factors outside the Seller’s control may extend delivery times. The Seller’s 60‑day money‑back guarantee (see Refund Policy) starts on the date of delivery, not the date of order, to compensate for any unforeseen delay.
4. International Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error, email support@lipomax.net within 6 hours of ordering. After a parcel is handed to the carrier, address changes are no longer guaranteed.
Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur a re‑shipping fee or be refunded minus the original shipping cost (for non‑U.S. orders).
6. Lost / Damaged Parcels
A shipment is deemed lost only if the carrier’s tracking shows no movement for 15 calendar days (U.S.) or 30 calendar days (international).
If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and take photos. File a support request within 48 hours of delivery so the Seller can submit a carrier claim or arrange a reshipment.
7. Tracking Your Order
Your tracking link provides real‑time status directly from the carrier’s system. If the page shows “label created” for more than 72 hours, please contact support@lipomax.net and include your Order ID and tracking number.

Where can you deliver?
Anywhere we can obtain a carrier tracking number—home, work, P.O. Box, or APO/FPO (U.S. only).
Can my billing and shipping addresses differ?
Yes. Enter the correct addresses at checkout; separate verification may be required for fraud prevention.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
Warehouse processing occurs Monday–Friday. Carriers may move parcels on weekends, but pickup dates count as the next business day.
Do I pay extra for U.S. shipping?
No. Standard U.S. shipping is free.
What if customs delays my package?
Customs processing times vary by country. Customer service can provide the commercial invoice or any paperwork customs requests; the 60‑day guarantee window begins on the date you receive the parcel.
