lipomax.com is a marketing affiliate only. We do not manufacture, warehouse, or bill for the product. All refunds are processed by the authorized merchant shown on your checkout and order‑confirmation email.

2. 60‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee (Vendor)

The merchant behind this offer provides a 60‑day, no‑questions‑asked money‑back guarantee starting on the day the carrier marks your package delivered.

Important: lipomax.com cannot approve, deny, or accelerate a refund. All refund requests must follow the steps below and be sent directly to the merchant.

3. Before You Request a Refund

Most users see optimal benefits after 90 days of consistent use. We recommend taking the product as directed for at least three (3) months before deciding.

4. Step‑by‑Step Refund Instructions

Request an RMA by Email

Return All Bottles & Packing Slip

After receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, ship every bottle—opened or unopened—plus the original Packing Slip to the address below. You are responsible for return postage; COD packages will be refused.

Refund Processing

The merchant will inspect and log your return within 3 business days of arrival, then issue a refund to the original payment method. Banking networks may take 5‑10 business days to post funds. Shipping & handling (if any) are non‑refundable.

5. Abuse Prevention & Single‑Use Policy

The 60‑day guarantee applies once per customer & household.

Bulk purchases of 6+ bottles may be prorated if more than two bottles are empty.

Returns requested outside the 60‑day window, without an RMA, or missing bottles may be denied.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback before completing the steps above may be deemed refund abuse. The merchant reserves the right to contest illegitimate chargebacks with proof of delivery and compliance with this policy.
